Paraxora operates the service at the Paraxora website. For privacy requests, contact us through the channels listed on the Paraxora website when available.

This policy covers personal data we process when you visit the site, use guest mode, create an account, sign in with Google, log habits, and use recovery features (mood/sleep). It applies regardless of country of residence, subject to local mandatory law.

• Account - name, email, password hash (email registration), optional profile image (e.g. Google).
• Product data - personal habits you create, enable/disable of starter practices, daily matrix completions, mood, sleep, and derived progress. Stored in our database (MongoDB Atlas) for signed-in users.
• Guest mode - practice data may remain only in your browser (localStorage) on that device until you clear it or create an account.
• Technical - security and hosting logs (e.g. IP, user agent, timestamps) from providers such as Vercel.
• Cookies / similar tech - see section 6 and our cookie preferences panel.

Where GDPR-style rules apply, we rely on these bases:

• Contract - create and run your account, matrix, habits, and recovery features you request.
• Legitimate interests - secure the service, prevent abuse, debug reliability (balanced against your rights).
• Consent - optional cookies (preferences/analytics) and any future marketing you opt into. You can withdraw cookie consent anytime via Cookie settings.
• Legal obligation - when we must retain or disclose data under law.

• Authenticate you and keep sessions secure
• Store and show your habits and daily records
• Personalize starter practices (enable/disable per user)
• Improve the product if you enable analytics cookies
• Communicate service-critical notices (e.g. security)

We do not sell your personal information for advertising. We do not use your habit matrix to build ad profiles.

If you use Google, Google authenticates you and may share name, email, and profile image so we can create or link your account. We do not receive your Google password. Google's terms and privacy policy also apply to their service.

We use infrastructure providers such as Vercel (hosting) and MongoDB Atlas (database). Data may be processed in the United States or other countries where those providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards used by those providers (for example standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms they offer).

Account and product data are kept while your account is active. If you request deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention. Guest data remains in your browser until you clear site data.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account / data (erasure)
• Export data (portability) where applicable
• Object or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw cookie consent without affecting essential service
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EEA/UK)

Send privacy requests through the contact options on the Paraxora website (when available), with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity.

Paraxora is not directed to children under 16 (or the higher age required in your country). Do not create an account if you are under that age. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to remove it.

We use industry-standard measures appropriate to a cloud SaaS product (HTTPS, hashed passwords, access-controlled database credentials). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change. Material changes may be highlighted in the product or by email when appropriate.
